ESOSE H Pylori Kit is a combination medication used to treat and eradicate Helicobacter pylori, a type of bacteria that can infect the stomach lining and is associated with gastritis and peptic ulcers. The kit contains three medicines that work together to reduce stomach acid and kill the bacteria: ● Esomeprazole 40 mg, which lowers stomach acid to relieve symptoms like heartburn and allows the stomach lining to heal. ● Levofloxacin 500 mg, an antibiotic that stops the growth of H. pylori bacteria. ● Amoxicillin 500 mg (usually two tablets per dose), an antibiotic that destroys bacterial cells. The kit is designed as a short treatment course, usually several days long, with clearly labeled doses to make it easier to follow. Completing the full course is essential to fully eradicate the infection and prevent antibiotic resistance.
