Alatrol Syrup 60ML - Effective Relief from Cough and Cold

Alatrol Syrup is a combination medication designed to relieve symptoms associated with cough and the common cold. It contains Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine that helps reduce coughing, sneezing, and runny nose, and Phenylephrine, a decongestant that works to relieve nasal congestion.

This syrup is ideal for individuals experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, providing relief from a stuffy nose, sore throat, and coughing, allowing for a more restful sleep.

How to Use Alatrol Syrup 60ML

Take 5-10mL of Alatrol Syrup every 4-6 hours, as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Precautions

  • Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
  • Use with caution in individuals with high blood pressure, as Phenylephrine can raise blood pressure.
  • Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

  • Drowsiness or dizziness.
  • Dry mouth or throat.
  • Rarely, allergic reactions like rash or swelling.

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
