How to Use Alka Seltzer XS 20 Effervescent Tablets

  • Dissolve 1-2 effervescent tablets in a glass of water (200-250ml) and drink the solution.
  • Adults: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
  • Children under 12 years should not use this product without consulting a healthcare provider.

Precautions

  • Do not use if allergic to Aspirin, Paracetamol, Caffeine, or any of the ingredients in this product.
  • Avoid using this product if you have gastrointestinal disorders, kidney or liver problems, high blood pressure, or heart disease unless directed by a doctor.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
