Angilock Plus 50/12.5 Tablets combine losartan potassium (50mg) with hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg), a thiazide diuretic. This combination is used in patients who require more than one medicine to control high blood pressure effectively.

Losartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II.
Hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove excess water and salt, lowering blood pressure further and reducing swelling.

This dual action reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications associated with uncontrolled hypertension.

How to Use Angilock Plus 50/12.5 Tablets 30’s

Adults: 1 tablet daily, as prescribed.
Can be taken with or without meals.

Precautions

Monitor potassium, sodium, and kidney function regularly.
May cause increased urination; take in the morning to avoid nighttime disturbance.
Not safe during pregnancy.

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
