How to Use Aptamil Stage 1 Infant Formula Milk Powder

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all feeding equipment.
  2. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to around 40°C (104°F).
  3. Pour the required amount of cooled water into a clean, sterilized feeding bottle.
  4. Using the provided scoop, add 1 level scoop of formula for every 30 ml (1 fl oz) of water.
  5. Close the bottle securely and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
  6. Test the temperature before feeding your baby.
  7. Feed immediately and discard any unused formula within 2 hours.

Important: Always follow the exact preparation and feeding instructions on the product packaging.

Precautions

  • Use only under the guidance of a pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider.
  • Do not change formula brands or types without medical advice.
  • Always store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed after each use.
  • Do not reuse prepared formula after 2 hours.
  • Breastfeeding is the best source of nutrition for babies. Infant formula should only be used when necessary.

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
