Arbitel 40H Tablets 30’s – Telmisartan & Hydrochlorothiazide Combination for Hypertension

Arbitel 40H Tablets contain a fixed-dose combination of telmisartan (40mg) and hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg). This medicine is prescribed for the treatment of high blood pressure when a single drug is not sufficient to achieve control.

Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels.
Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps the body eliminate excess salt and water.

Together, they effectively lower blood pressure, reduce fluid retention, and prevent complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

How to Use Arbitel 40H Tablets 30’s

Adults: 1 tablet daily, taken at the same time each day.
Swallow with water, with or without food.

Precautions

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Monitor kidney function and electrolyte levels.
Avoid potassium supplements unless prescribed.

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
