Arbitel 80H Tablets 30’s contain a combination of telmisartan (80mg) and hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg), prescribed to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in patients requiring dual therapy for effective control.

  • Telmisartan belongs to the class of angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs). It lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels, improving blood flow, and reducing strain on the heart.
  • Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps the kidneys remove excess sodium and water from the body, further lowering blood pressure and reducing swelling.

This combination therapy provides a synergistic effect, significantly reducing the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and kidney damage associated with uncontrolled hypertension.

How to Use Arbitel 80H Tablets 30’s

  • Adults: 1 tablet daily, with or without food.
  • Take at the same time every day.

Precautions

  • Not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • Monitor potassium, sodium, and kidney function regularly.
  • Avoid potassium supplements unless directed by a doctor.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
