Arbitel AM Tablets 30’s combine telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) with amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker), two powerful antihypertensive agents that work together to provide effective blood pressure control.

  • Telmisartan lowers blood pressure by blocking angiotensin II, relaxing blood vessels.
  • Amlodipine prevents calcium entry into blood vessel walls, causing smooth muscle relaxation and improved blood flow.

This combination is highly effective for patients with moderate to severe hypertension who require more than one medicine for adequate control. By lowering blood pressure, Arbitel AM reduces the long-term risk of heart disease, kidney complications, and stroke.

How to Use Arbitel AM Tablets 30’s

  • Adults: 1 tablet daily, as directed.
  • Can be taken with or without food.

Precautions

  • Not safe in pregnancy.
  • May cause swelling of feet/ankles (due to amlodipine).
  • Monitor kidney function and blood pressure regularly.

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:

● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
