Ascoril Expectorant 100ml is a trusted cough syrup specially formulated to provide relief from productive cough, chest congestion, and mucus build-up in the respiratory tract.

It combines the power of three effective active ingredients:

  • Levosalbutamol – helps relax and open the airways for easier breathing.
  • Ambroxol – reduces mucus thickness, making it easier to expel.
  • Guaifenesin – loosens and clears phlegm from the chest and throat.

Together, these ingredients work to relieve cough, reduce airway obstruction, and support comfortable breathing. Recommended for both adults and children (above 2 years), Ascoril Expectorant helps manage symptoms associated with bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory conditions.

How to Use Ascoril Expectorant 100ml

  • Adults & Children over 12 years: 10 mL (2 teaspoons), 3 times daily
  • Children 6–12 years: 5 mL (1 teaspoon), 3 times daily
  • Children 2–5 years:5 mL (½ teaspoon), 3 times daily
  • Children below 2 years: Not recommended

Always use the measuring cup provided and follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor.

Precautions

  • Allergies: Avoid use if allergic to Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, Levosalbutamol, or any other expectorants.
  • Kidney Disorders: May cause adverse effects in patients with kidney problems. Use cautiously with medical supervision.
  • Liver Disorders: Requires dose adjustment and monitoring in patients with liver disease.
  • Pregnancy: Use only if prescribed by a doctor when the benefits outweigh risks.
  • Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare provider before use.

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
