Asomex D 2.5mg Tablets combine amlodipine (2.5mg), a calcium channel blocker, with indapamide, a thiazide-like diuretic, to provide dual action against high blood pressure.

  • Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, lowering resistance and improving circulation.
  • Indapamide reduces fluid retention by increasing urine output, further lowering blood pressure.

This combination is effective for patients requiring more than one medication to control hypertension and helps reduce the risk of stroke, kidney damage, and heart attack.

How to Use Asomex D 2.5mg Tablets 30’s

  • Adults: 1 tablet daily, as directed by your doctor.
  • Best taken in the morning to reduce nighttime urination.

Precautions

  • Monitor blood electrolytes and kidney function.
  • Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • May cause dizziness; avoid operating heavy machinery until you know your reaction.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
