How to Use Benylin Day & Night Cold & Flu Tablets 16’s
For adults, the elderly, and children 12 years and above:
- Day Tablets (White):
Take 1 tablet every 4–6 hours, up to 3 times daily (e.g., morning, midday, afternoon).
Do not exceed 3 white tablets in 24 hours. - Night Tablet (Blue):
Take 1 tablet at night only.
Do not take during the day.
Take with water.
Swallow whole – do not chew.
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol, decongestants, or antihistamines.
- The night tablet may cause drowsiness – avoid alcohol, driving, or operating heavy machinery after taking it.
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, elderly, or taking other medication.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years.
- If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms appear, seek medical advice.
