Ceprolen-D Eye/Ear Drops are an effective antibacterial solution used for treating eye and ear infections caused by bacteria. The active ingredients, Ciprofloxacin and Dexamethasone, work together to reduce inflammation and fight infections, providing relief from symptoms like redness, irritation, and discharge.

How to Use Ceprolen-D Eye/Ear Drops 5ml

  • For Eye Infection: Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye 2-4 times a day, or as prescribed by your doctor.
  • For Ear Infection: Administer 2-3 drops into the ear canal, up to 4 times daily.

Precautions

  • Avoid contact with eyes if used for ear infections.
  • Do not use if allergic to any components in the formulation.

Possible Side Effects

  • Burning or stinging sensation upon application.
  • Rare: Eye irritation, ear discomfort, or allergic reactions.

What delivery options are available?

● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
