Clarifred 500mg Tablets contain clarithromycin, used to treat bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, skin infections, and H. pylori ulcers. It’s a preferred option for patients allergic to penicillin.

How to Use Clarifred 500mg Tablets

  • Take 1 tablet twice daily for 7–14 days
  • May be taken with or without food
  • Swallow whole

Precautions

  • Avoid in liver/kidney disease
  • Not for use with statins or colchicine
  • Monitor cardiac function in at-risk patients

Possible Side Effects

  • Nausea, vomiting, altered taste
  • Headache, diarrhea
  • Rare: liver dysfunction, QT prolongation

What delivery options are available?

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
