Clariwin 500mg Tablets contain clarithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It is especially effective for bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, tonsillitis, skin infections, and Helicobacter pylori-related ulcers. Clarithromycin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, halting growth and spread.

Clariwin is often prescribed when penicillin-based antibiotics are contraindicated. It is suitable for adults and children over 12 years and is known for its high tissue penetration and long-lasting antibacterial action.
