How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
