Etoricoxib (Etcox) 90mg is a prescription-strength non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) designed to relieve pain and inflammation. As a selective COX-2 inhibitor, it targets the enzymes responsible for pain and swelling while being gentler on the stomach compared to traditional NSAIDs.

Etcox 90mg is commonly prescribed for:

  • Osteoarthritis (joint pain and stiffness)
  • Rheumatoid arthritis (chronic inflammatory joint disease)
  • Ankylosing spondylitis (spinal inflammation)
  • Acute gout attacks
  • Short-term relief of post-surgical or dental pain

By lowering prostaglandin production, Etoricoxib effectively reduces pain, swelling, and stiffness, helping you regain comfort and mobility.

How to Use Etoricoxib (Etcox) 90mg Tablets

  • General dosage: Take one tablet (90mg) once daily, with or without food.
  • Osteoarthritis: Usually 60mg daily, but 90mg may be prescribed if needed.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis / Ankylosing spondylitis: 90mg daily.
  • Acute gout: Higher doses may be used for a short duration only.
  • Important: Take at the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration.

Precautions

Do not use Etoricoxib if you have:

  • A history of heart attack, stroke, or severe cardiovascular disease
  • Active stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Severe liver or kidney impairment
  • Allergies to etoricoxib or other NSAIDs

Use with caution if you have:

  • High blood pressure

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
