How to Use L-Montus

• Dosage: Take 1 tablet (10 mg) once a day, preferably in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
• Instructions: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush.
• You can take it with or without food.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember—unless it’s almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose. Do not double up on doses.
