How to Use L-Montus Kids Tablets
- Children aged 2-5 years: Take 1 chewable tablet (4mg) once daily.
- Children aged 6-14 years: Take 1 chewable tablet (5mg) once daily.
- Take the medication in the evening for optimal results.
- Chew the tablet thoroughly before swallowing. Do not swallow the tablet whole.
- You can give this medication with or without food.
- If you miss a dose, administer it as soon as possible, unless it is almost time for the next dose. Do not double the dose.
Precautions
- This product is for children aged 2-14 years only.
- Ensure that your child’s healthcare provider is aware of any pre-existing conditions such as liver problems or a history of mental health issues.
- Do not stop giving L-Montus to your child without first consulting the doctor, as this may worsen asthma symptoms or allergies.
- Monitor for any signs of behavioral changes or mood swings, as rare cases of behavioral changes have been reported in children taking Montelukast.
