How to use Catoxymag-N Suspension 200mL
For Adults:

- Typical daily dose: 100 to 150 mg, divided into 2 to 3 doses.
- Mild cases may be treated with 75 to 100 mg per day.
- The maximum recommended dose is 150 mg/day.
For Children & Adolescents:

- Use Cataflam oral drops (not tablets).
- Dosing: 0.5 to 2 mg/kg of body weight per day.
- 1 drop = 0.5 mg.
- Divide the total daily dose into 2 to 3 doses.
- For adolescents aged 14 years and older, 75–100 mg/day is typically sufficient.
- Maximum dose: 150 mg/day.
Always take the medication with food or milk to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal upset.
Precautions
Do Not Use If:
- You have active gastric or intestinal ulcers, bleeding, or perforation.
- You are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
- You are in the third trimester of pregnancy.
- You have severe hepatic or renal failure (GFR <15 mL/min) or severe cardiac failure.
- You have a history of serious allergic reactions to NSAIDs.
Use With Caution In:
- Elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease.
- Patients with ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.
- People taking corticosteroids, anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or SSRIs.
- Those with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, or smokers.

- Patients with bleeding disorders.
Possible Side Effects
Common side effects of Catoxymag-N may include gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, dizziness, headache, and mild skin rashes. In rare cases, more serious side effects may occur, such as liver damage, kidney issues, high blood pressure, and severe allergic reactions. If any of the following symptoms appear, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider immediately:
- Persistent stomach pain, black stools, or vomit resembling coffee grounds.
- Swelling in your hands or feet.
- Unusual tiredness or weakness.
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice).
- Breathing difficulties or swelling of the face and throat.
