1. WASH: Lipikar Syndet 100ml: Gently washes and soothes the skin, also suitabe for baby’s scalp and cradle cap

2. MOISTURIZE:Lipikar baume 75ml: immediately soothes and moisturizes eczema-prone skin. It has a reinforced anti-scratching, anti-relapse efficacy and rebalances skin microbiome. Also safe for use for non eczema skin

3. SOOTHE: Cicaplast Baume B5+ 15ml: A multi-purpose balm which soothes and protects irritated skin,even diaper rash

How to use

Morning: Wash face & body with Lipikar Syndet: Wet the hands, then take a small amount and work up a lather. Apply to face & body, massaging gently. Rinse thoroughly with water. Then Apply Lipikar baume on the whole face & Body. Apply cicaplast baume on irritaed skin e.g diaper rsh, insect bite etc.

Delivery & Returns

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to
call us at 0110 610 017.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
