How to Use Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets 10's

  • Dissolve one sachet of Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon in hot water (about 240ml) and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Drink while warm.
  • Take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours, but do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.

Precautions

  • Do not use if you are allergic to Paracetamol or Phenylephrine.
  • Consult with a healthcare provider if you have liver or kidney problems before use.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
