Loperamide Tablets contain Loperamide hydrochloride, a widely used anti-diarrheal medication that slows intestinal movement, reduces stool frequency, and alleviates associated cramping. It is effective for acute diarrhea, traveler's diarrhea, and chronic diarrhea associated with inflammatory bowel conditions. By acting on opioid receptors in the gut, Loperamide enhances absorption of fluids and electrolytes, providing quick relief from watery stools. This medication is suitable for adults and children over a certain age (as recommended) and can be used alongside oral rehydration therapy to prevent dehydration. Loperamide ensures comfort, reduces urgency, and allows patients to maintain daily activities while managing diarrhea.

How to Use Loperamide Tablets 6's

  • Adults: Initial dose of 2mg (1 tablet) followed by 1 tablet after each loose stool.
  • Maximum: 8mg/day (prescription may allow up to 16mg/day in chronic cases).
  • Use as directed by a healthcare professional.

Precautions

  • Do not use if there is blood in stool or fever.
  • Not recommended for children under 6 years without medical advice.
  • Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:

● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
