How to Use Mielle Pomegranate & Honey Coil Sculpting Custard (340g)

Apply a generous amount of the coil sculpting custard to wet or damp hair. Section hair and apply product evenly from root to tip. Style curls with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, then allow hair to air-dry or use a diffuser for added volume and definition.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
