How to Use Oral-B Dental Floss Waxed

  • Cut approximately 45 cm of floss.
  • Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving about 5 cm between hands.
  • Gently slide the floss between teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
  • Curve the floss into a “C” shape around each tooth and move it up and down along the surface and under the gumline.
  • Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.

Precautions

  • Do not snap or force the floss between teeth to avoid gum injury.
  • Keep out of reach of children to prevent choking hazards.
  • Discard used floss after each use; do not reuse.
  • Consult a dentist if you experience persistent bleeding, pain, or irritation.

What delivery options are available?

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
