Description

Strepsils Extra Cherry Lozenges contains an active ingredient for use in throat

medications. It is used for the symptomatic relief of sore throat and its associated

pain. The active ingredient has a mild antiseptic effect to kill the bacteria

associated with mouth and throat infections and also acts as a local anaesthetic

to numb the pain associated with a sore throat. Sucking the lozenge slowly in the

mouth helps to lubricate and soothe the discomfort of the painful area in the

throat, and also releases the active ingredient to help relieve the soreness and

discomfort of mouth and throat infections.

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
