Ideal for everyday use, these tampons offer a secure fit and allow freedom of movement—perfect for work, school, sports, or daily activities.

How to Use Tampax Regular Tampons

  • Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
  • Unwrap the tampon and hold the applicator as instructed.
  • Gently insert the tampon into the vagina using the applicator until comfortable.
  • Remove the applicator and dispose of it properly.
  • Change the tampon every 4–6 hours, or more frequently if needed.

Precautions

  • For intravaginal use only.
  • Do not leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours to reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
  • Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
  • Wash your hands before and after insertion or removal.
  • If discomfort occurs, remove the tampon and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to
call us at 0110 610 017.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
