How to Use Tixylix Children Dry & Tickly Cough 100ml

  • For children aged 1-5 years: Take 5ml every 4 hours as needed, up to 4 times per day.
  • For children aged 6-12 years: Take 10ml every 4 hours as needed, up to 4 times per day.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Note: Always follow the instructions on the packaging or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Precautions

  • Allergic reactions: If your child is allergic to any ingredients in the syrup, do not use it.
  • Consult a doctor if the cough persists for more than 5 days or is accompanied by fever, rash, or other symptoms.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
