- How to use
- Adults and children 2 years and over: For cough suppression, Rub a thick layer on throat and chest, Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired, Keep clothing loose about throat and chest to help vapors reach the nose and mouth.
Use up to three times daily or as directed by doctor .
For muscle / joint minor aches and pains: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

What delivery options are available?
At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
â—Ź Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
â—Ź Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to
call us at 0110 610 017.
Can someone collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
â—Ź You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
â—Ź The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
