Xtraderm Cream contains Betamethasone ,Clotrimazole and Gentamicin as active ingredients.

It is used for Minor bacterial skin infections, Skin problems, Eczema, Inflammatory manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, Pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, Treatment of athlete's foot, Itch or rash, Tinea versicolor, Fungal infections of groin, Bacterial infections and other conditions.

How to use

Wash your hands before and after applying Xtraderm Cream. Clean and dry the skin area to be treated.

Do not wash the treated area after immediately applying Xtraderm Cream. Also avoid the use of other products on the treated area unless directed by your doctor.

Hypersensitivity to Xtraderm Cream.

Delivery & Returns

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to
call us at 0110 610 017.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
