How to Use Seretide 25/50 MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler)

  • Shake the inhaler well before each use.
  • Exhale fully to empty your lungs.
  • Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it.
  • Press down on the canister to release one puff while breathing in slowly and deeply.
  • Hold your breath for 10 seconds, then exhale slowly.
  • Wait 30 seconds before taking another puff if prescribed.
  • The usual dosage is one puff twice daily or as advised by your doctor.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
