When a small amount is applied to clean, dry skin as part of the nappy change routine, the cream creates a barrier between baby?s delicate skin and the nappy. If delays occur between the nappy becoming wet and it being changed, the barrier helps protect the skin from coming into contact with the moisture, which can cause nappy rash. Clinically tested, Zinc and Castor is Dermatologist and Paediatrician approved. It is not tested on animals and is free from Lanolin.

What delivery options are available?
At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
